  • Lead strategic development planning for Sears Apparel. Developed a strategic plan that was launched resulting in positive comp store sales over 8 consecutive quarters with improved EBIT.


  • Instrumental in conception and launch of Men's Big & Tall initiative, The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co. Launched 10 stores initially with long term plans to grow to 300 stores.


  • Directed the Price Clarity Communication team at JCPenney, which identified opportunities in key areas of merchandise improving price and value. Five of eight businesses outperformed their division. Seven of eight businesses outperformed the total company. Value perception improved 340 basis points.


  • Member of the NPD Retail Advisory Board for ten years providing guidance to NPD from a retailer's point of view.
